The Challenge:
A friend who conducts assemblies at local schools needed a pamphlet summarizing the subject matter of her child safety seminars.

The solution:
Using the KICKS kangaroo mascot logo I created for her, photography, and a powerful headline, I created a 6-panel brochure/mailer that was sure to draw in business.

The challenge:
To feature Rainwise's Hazmat Weather Station; the layout was to embody the high tech quality Rainwise technology.

The solution:
Keeping the layout clean and eye-catching with sleek photo montages, I created a layout which could easily be carried over to other print materials.

The challenge:
This medical imaging center needed a booklet/brochure establishing a branding which would be carried over into other print and web collateral.

The solution:
I played on the angular shapes used in the company logo to lead the flow through the piece, and used "tab" graphics with accent colors to make an easy to read format.

The challenge:
To carry over the playful style of the NCG logo into the overall layout of their print collateral, while maintaining a high-tech look.

The solution:
I used curves in the use of coloring and headlines which echoed the logo. The high-tech feel was established through the use of montaging and textures.

The challenge:
A newsletter makeover: I had to provide Boston Medical with a new design template to which they could complete monthly updates in-house.

The solution:
BMC provided great photos of their cardiologists in action. I gave the pics a rich blue tint and motion blur for drama. My clean stylesheets will make their updates efficient.

The challenge:
Text, logo, and size specs were provided, but design was wide open.

The solution:
Using the "smile" elipse as a ghosted graphic, and using the standard Delta colors (green and blue), I decided to give this a light, airy feel with photo vignettes.

The challenge:
To create a foldout displaying product photos and technical illustrations, while maintaining a continuous flow.

The solution:
I made the piece fold out in 4 directions (T, B, L, R) which allowed for plenty of design space. Ghosted technical drawings and a blurred green texture combined the "earthy" and the high-tech together.

The challenge:
To layout the client's imagery and text in an interesting, eyecatching format.

The solution:
I used a Pantone metallic silver to accentuate the metal the client manufactures. Heavy fonts give a masculine look, and vignettes created a smooth flow on the interior. I used the deep yellow from the product shot as an accent.

The challenge:
To create a clean, smooth layout in the theme "Build Your Benefits" for Lennar.

The solution:
Using royalty-free photography throughout, I used architectural elements and tools in ghosted gray, and deep blue tints for the benefits pictorials.

The Challenge:
UMF wanted to begin a style makeover of their print collateral, starting with their Viewbook. It was to be fun, charming, and attractive.

The solution:
I created a die cut, 6-panel cover which housed the book's text pages. A "flying leaf" carries the reader from page to page with witty quotes and interesting student photos.

The Challenge:
UMF wanted to have their 2006 annual report styled to tie in with the look of two other pieces printed earlier in the year.

The solution:
This piece had a full color cover with 2-color text pages. I incorporated squareups in a pattern with a full color rendering of UMF's new Education Center.

The Challenge:
Fairpoint wanted to promote their Full House package with a fresh, clean look, while maintaining their current graphic standards.

The solution:
I made a tech background using their corporate purple, and incorporated photography of a happy woman with informational quotes and pricing data.
